- Please arrive on time to your appointment. Please note the front door may be locked while we are in with another client to ensure privacy and relaxation, therefore please arrive at the time of your allocated appointment time. Arriving late may result in us having to adjust your service or reschedule if your service cannot be shortened. 

- We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour period will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. (If your booking was made online, changes can be made easily via the Goldie website/app or through your confirmation email, or feel free to give us a text. )

- Failure to show up to your appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

- Any unpaid cancellation or no show fees will need to be settled before any future appointments can be made.

- We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, unless previously arranged.

I’ve just had my second microneedling treatment with Katie, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more.  She immediately puts you at ease, explains everything clearly, and is so knowledgeable and professional.

My skin looked and felt so much better after just the first treatment, which is why I couldn’t wait to go back for my second.  The salon is lovely and relaxing, and I’m excited to see the results continue.

This was my first visit to the new salon and was very impressed, from the lovely smell when you walk in the door to the beautiful decor.  Katie greeted me with a warm welcome and explained the procedure I had booked in the tranquil treatment room which was just as she described.  Afterwards I was given aftercare advice and offered water and a welcome cup of flavoured tea. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with Katie!

RK is situated in an area easily accessible from the main road with sufficient parking available.  Would highly recommend.

What a dreamy experience. By far the best peel I have ever experienced. Rachael was so attentive and asked me what skin concerns I had. What followed was a really relaxing experience with a face massage, ice globes and light therapy. I left feeling relaxed and glowing. I would highly recommend RK beauty sanctuary.
