- Please arrive on time to your appointment. Please note the front door may be locked while we are in with another client to ensure privacy and relaxation, therefore please arrive at the time of your allocated appointment time. Arriving late may result in us having to adjust your service or reschedule if your service cannot be shortened. - We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour period will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. (If your booking was made online, changes can be made easily via the Goldie website/app or through your confirmation email, or feel free to give us a text. ) - Failure to show up to your appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. - Any unpaid cancellation or no show fees will need to be settled before any future appointments can be made. - We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, unless previously arranged.
