Pretty Lashes Studio Policy and Terms

We’re committed to providing high-quality, beautiful lash services in a relaxing, professional environment. Please take a moment to review our studio policies to ensure the best experience for everyone.

Booking & Deposits
•	A non-refundable deposit of €20 is required to book all appointments.
•	Appointments are scheduled by appointment only — no walk-ins.
•	Remaining balances are due at the time of service, accepting CASH ONLY

Cancellation & No-Shows
•	We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
•	No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit and may be charged a cancellation fee.
•	Repeated no-shows may result in a ban from future bookings.

Late Arrivals
•	Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled depending on the schedule.
•	Please plan accordingly and communicate if you’re running late.

Lash Fills
•	Fills must be done within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment.
•	If less than 40% of your lashes remain, it will be considered a full set.
•	We do not fill work from other lash techs without prior consultation.

Clean Lashes Policy
•	Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.
•	A lash bath fee may be applied if cleaning is required before application.
•	Dirty lashes affect retention and our ability to apply quality work.

Health & Hygiene
•	If you are sick, recently ill, or have been exposed to any contagious condition, please reschedule.
•	Do not bring guests, children, or pets for safety and comfort of all clients.

Refunds & Reactions
•	We do not offer refunds on services.
•	In the case of an allergic reaction, please contact us within 24 hours — a free lash removal may be offered.
•	Patch tests are available upon request for sensitive clients.

Aftercare
•	Avoid water, steam, and makeup for the first 24–48 hours.
•	Use oil-free products and gently clean lashes daily.
•	No rubbing, pulling, or sleeping on your face to maintain lash health and retention.
