About your pooch

Pets Grub & Spa is a locally owned, family-run pet supply store now offering a doggy parlour for grooming and care. You’ll schedule an appointment, check in at the store, and have a brief consultation so staff know your pet’s coat and preferences. At check-in you’ll receive an estimated completion time and an expected pickup window. Grooming is performed on-site by our team with clear timing and pickup updates so you know when to return. Staff will note any visible skin or coat concerns and share them with you at pickup. You’ll hear the soft hum of dryers and notice bright, well-lit grooming rooms and neatly arranged stations. Pets Grub & Spa

To keep our grooming schedule running smoothly and to give every pet the best possible care, we kindly ask all clients to follow the guidelines below:

1. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another pet.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% late-cancellation fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full grooming fee before another booking can be made.


2. Arrival Times

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

Early arrivals may be asked to wait until your slot begins so that we can keep the parlour calm and organised.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to the late-cancellation fee.


3. Pick-Up Times

We will notify you as soon as your pet is ready for collection.

Pets should be picked up within 30 minutes of receiving the message.

A holding fee of R50 per 15 minutes may apply for late collections.


4. Deposits

During busy periods or for repeat late cancellations/no-shows, a small non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
