Welcome! I'm Karen and I am a Natural Nail Specialist offering ongoing personalised 1 to 1 nail advice, gel polish and nail care. Enjoy a choice of over 160 beautiful gel polishes, nail art options and strengthening products. This is all from the convenience and comfort of my private, quiet home nail studio in Chapelford Warrington with off street parking. I have helped many clients who are struggling with nail issues and I also offer the following programme's. Policy and Terms
BUSINESS POLICY - Please read as booking an appointment is agreement to the policy Please note that you can cancel and reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours beforehand. If it is within 48 hours, a fee 50% of the treatment booked will be payable ✨ BUSINESS POLICY - UPDATED Jun25 Welcome to my business page! I like to keep things running smoothly at all times for everyone, so please see the info below. In booking an appointment with me you are agreeing with the terms detailed. In order to not discriminate, this policy applies to all clients. Clients existing and new please have a read through ✨BOOKING APP I have a quick and easy booking app where you will be able to see info on treatments, prices and book an appointment. You can book any daytime appointment apart from my last one that starts at 4:30pm, please message through Facebook for this appointment ✨NEW CLIENTS You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your first appointment. This amount is deducted from your final bill unless you cancel or rearrange without giving 48 hours notice. New clients will be verified to the details provided, if the criteria is not met, then I will unfortunately be unable to offer an appointment ✨REARRANGING / CANCELLATION Sometimes plans do not go as expected. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment without giving 48 hours notice and if I am unable to fill your slot, then 50% of the booked treatment cost will become payable. In order not to discriminate this applies regardless of reason for cancellation and I do not expect / require an explanation. If you are a new client and need to rearrange your first appointment, the deposit paid can be moved to one further appointment. Deposits will be held for a maximum of 3 months pending an appointment booking. After this time the booking fee will be forfeited If a booking is rescheduled for a second time (ie 3rd appointment date requested), this is considered a 'no show' and 50 % of the treatment booked will become payable Booking and rearranging appointments on multiple occasions does have a negative impact on small businesses with regard to lost income, appointment blocking and the time taken up to reschedule. If there is a struggle to keep to booked appointments you may be asked to book at short notice of 1/2 days ahead. Please do not book an appointment If at the time of booking there is doubt about being able to attend. ✨NO SHOWS / APPOINTMENT CUT SHORT If you do not attend your appointment or if something unexpected happens where you need to leave without completing your service then 50% fee of the whole treatment booked will become payable ✨CHANGING THE TREATMENT BOOKED Please advise of any changes to the booked treatment ahead of your appointment. Eg polish removal being no longer required./ A change in pre agreed nail art. This helps me with my timings and saves preparing unnecessary items ahead of your appointment. For longer appointments eg booking hands and toes but only requiring 1 service, if less than 48 hours notice is given then 50% of the cancelled treatment cost will become payable. ✨ARRIVING EARLY / LATE If you arrive early and I'm not with a client please feel free to come in, I am usually ready to go 10 mins before the appointment time. Please do not arrive more than 10 mins early Please keep to your appointment time as I will be ready and waiting for you. If you are running late please text to let me know. If you are 15 mins late It may result in a reduced service or the appointment needing to be cancelled. This would incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost ✨PAYMENT Bank transfer is my preferred option but I do accept cash, I don't have a float of change so the correct money would be needed. Please process any bank transfer while you are here, and failing that then the same day. If an issue arrises where constant chasing for payment is required, then any future appointment will be cancelled and no further appointments booked ✨FILE PACK You will have a file pack set up in your name with a fee payable for set up. This is payable every 12 months while you remain a client. I discinfect, store and replace the items as needed. You can take your file pack with you at any time, although it cannot be returned. If you collect the pack a new one would need to be created and a fee paid at a future appointment ✨PARKING Please feel free to park on my drive on front of my nail room.It's the most convenient space on the close. If you decide to park on the road please do not block/ restrict my neighbours access ✨BRINGING A CHILD Bringing a child to your appointment should be avoided due to the chemicals and wires around my room. I have seating space for 1 child. I just ask that they are occupied for the whole appointment, don't come to the nail desk and they need to be able to take themselves to the toilet. Once polish commences you will not have your hands ✨ILLNESS If you are unable to attend the appointment the 50% fee applies if 48 hours or more notice Is not given. Explanation is not required If you are feeling unwell but well enough to attend your appointment please mesage to discuss. Likewise if I am feeling unwell but able to continue I will contact you to advise in case you want to reschedule. If I feel it appropriate to reschedule your appointment the late cancellation fee will not apply. ✨POLISH REPAIR I offer free chip repair in the first 7 days. Repair of nail breaks in the first 7 days and chips after 7 days are both chargeable ✨REMOVAL OF PRODUCTS APPLIED ElSEWHERE I do not remove builder gel/ biab applied elsewhere. If after discussion with you I agree to remove gel polish this will be charged at the full removal price ✨CHANGE OF MEDICAL INFO On initial consultation I ask medical questions relating to your nail service. The form you sign states that you will advise me of any changes in your medical information that effects your nails in particular asthma, diabetes, nut allergies, allergic reactions, mobility issues ✨NAIL INFO / ADVICE NEEDED I have extensively researched natural nail information from industry trusted sources. While I can advise on numerous nail issues this does not form a diagnosis or over ride or superseed any medical information / diagnosis / advice received from a qualified practitioner ✨REFUSAL OF SERVICE If there are indications that product should possibly not be applied to your nails, I reserve the right to refuse the treatment. Due to risk of cross contamination I cannot work on toes with diagnosed or suspected fungal nail. I reserve the right to not offer a service/ appointment without explanation ✨ MESSAGES The best way to get hold of me is via Facebook and Instagram messages or text message. You can message whenever it's convenient for you and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. To protect my family / rest time if its after 7pm weekdays it will be the next morning, if it's the weekend then it will be Monday morning REFUNDS The money paid for your appointment is for the products used and my time and experience. I do not offer refunds but in the unlikely event of a problem, I will make good any issues if advised in the first 7 days GIFT VOUCHERS GIft vouchers can be purchased for any chosen amount and have 12 months time period in which to use them. They are non refundable but can be transferred to another person. Vouchers cannot be used outside of the 12 month period If you got to the end, well done!!
