Boarding Policies & Requirements 🐾

🐶 Requirements
• Small to medium-sized dogs only
• Must be friendly and social
• Must be in good health
• Up-to-date vaccinations required (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella)
• Proof of vaccination required before booking

💳 Booking & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation
• Space is limited and reserved per dog

📅 Cancellations
• Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur fees
• Deposits are non-refundable

⏰Check-in windows:
• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Check-out:
• By 11:00 AM on the final day of boarding

• Check-outs after 11:00 AM may incur a late care fee
• Check-outs after 6:00 PM will be considered an additional overnight stay

🐜 Fleas & Parasites
• Dogs must arrive clean and pest-free
• Treatment, if needed, will be at the owner’s expense

🚑 Emergency Care
• Veterinary care will be provided if necessary
• All medical costs are the owner’s responsibility

⚠️ Behavior
• Dogs must be manageable in a home environment
• Aggressive behavior may require early pick-up

🚫 Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk

Ellie had a fantastic time at paws and dreams. Lady and her furry family took good care of our girl. It was a calm super clean environment. I felt safe leaving Ellie and was happy with the daily updates and communication with Lady during Ellie’s stay. I will be booking again and recommend Paws and Dreams to anyone looking for a loving and clean boarding for their pup!
