At Paws & Dreams, we provide a safe, loving, home-based boarding experience where every dog is treated like family. We intentionally keep a small number of guest dogs to provide personalized attention, a calm environment, and plenty of one-on-one care.

Whether your pup is staying for a weekend or an extended vacation, you’ll receive daily photo and video updates so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.

Boarding Policies & Requirements 🐾

Requirements

✔ Small to medium-sized dogs only

✔ Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella required

✔ No dogs requiring specialized medical care

✔ Must be manageable in a home environment

💳 Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

• If the required deposit is not received within 24 hours, the reservation request will be automatically canceled.

• Space is limited and reserved per dog.


📅 Cancellations

* Changes must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
* Deposits are non-refundable.


⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-In: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
* Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the final day of boarding.
* Any check-out after 11:00 AM will automatically incur a $20 Late Checkout Fee.
* Check-outs after 6:00 PM are considered an additional overnight stay and will be charged accordingly


🐜 Fleas & Parasites

* Dogs must arrive clean and free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites.
* Any dog found with fleas or ticks during their stay may be treated immediately to protect all dogs in our care.
* The cost of treatment and any necessary cleaning will be the owner’s responsibility.
*Dogs showing signs of a contagious illness or active parasite infestation may be denied check-in.

🚑 Emergency Care

* Veterinary care will be provided if deemed necessary by Paws & Dreams.
* Every client must provide an emergency contact authorized to make decisions if they cannot be reached.
* All veterinary and medical expenses are the owner’s responsibility.


⚠️Behavior Policy

Owners are required to answer the intake form honestly and completely.

Any history of aggression, biting, excessive humping, resource guarding, separation anxiety, escape attempts, or other behavioral concerns must be disclosed before boarding.

If undisclosed behaviors are observed while your dog is in our care, including aggression, biting, excessive humping, or any behavior that creates a safety concern, you will be contacted for immediate pickup

🚫 Early Pickup Policy

If your dog is dismissed because of unsafe or undisclosed behavior:

* Immediate pickup is required.
* Emergency contact may be contacted if owner is unavailable.
* Reservation deposit remains non-refundable.
* Unused boarding nights may be refunded at the discretion of Paws & Dreams after deducting services already provided.


Paws & Dreams reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a dog poses a safety risk to people, other dogs, or themselves.
