Pauline Stephenson Aesthetics

Clinic Booking Policy

To ensure appointments run smoothly and all insurance requirements are met, please read the following before booking:

• Appointments must be booked by the person attending the treatment. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must enter the attending person's full details when making the booking. Please do not make a booking using your own name or account details if the appointment is for another person.

• The person attending the appointment must complete and sign their own consent form. This is a mandatory insurance requirement and must be completed before treatment can be carried out.

• If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. If you have symptoms of illness or are feeling under the weather, please stay at home and rearrange your appointment. I will be happy to welcome you back once you are fully recovered.

• All appointments at Pauline Stephenson Aesthetics require card details to secure your booking.

• Moles, skin tags, cysts and warts must have been assessed by your GP and confirmed as cosmetic blemishes before removal treatment. This is a mandatory insurance requirement.

• A completed and signed consent form is required for every treatment. This is an insurance requirement and treatment cannot proceed without it.

• Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or No Show within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the full treatment price.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to protect both clients and the clinic while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
