● Treatments require a deposit payment at time of booking (the deposit payment is used to send out your consent documents and pay for any prescriptions if needed)
● Full payments will be requested for "no show" clients or late cancellations of treatments where I am unable to fill the booking.
● Deposits are none refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment
● All service sales are final, with no refunds. Refunds may be given only when there is an approved medical condition, Medical proof will be required.
● There is a strict "No Show" policy where rebooking is not accepted

Bookings must be made by the person attending the appointment.  If you are making a booking on behalf of another person, you must input all of their required details in the booking.  Please DO NOT book an appointment with your details or account information if the booking is for someone else.  The person attending the appointment must complete and sign the consent form.

Please do not attend the clinic if you are poorly, stay at home and reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or still have symptoms.  I will happily see you once you’re no longer feeling under the weather
