Whether you’re wanting something soft and elegant or a detailed statement set, I’m here to pamper you and make you feel confident, polished, and effortlessly put together. THE SANCTUARY

                                                              ✧  Deposits ✧

  A deposit is required to book and appointment. This deposit will go to your service total. 

                                                      ✧ Cancelation policy✧

  Deposits are nonrefundable when a cancellation is made after 24 hours. If the appointment is canceled 24 hours before your initial appointment, you can transfer that deposit if you decide to reschedule to a different appointment date. If the appointment is canceled after the 24 hour period, the deposit will be forfeited and a cancellation fee of $50  will be required if you contacted me about the failed appointment. Failure to contact me to cancel an appointment will be considered a no call/no show will result a charge of full service booked. I understand things happen but please be considerate of my time , as I am with yours.

                                                                   ✧ Late Policy✧

  There will be a 10 minute grace period from the scheduled appointment start time, after which a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are late more then your grace period  given, the appointment may be cancelled. If you are running late, please contact me to discuss possible options. 
 
                                                        ✧Refer A Friend/ Loyalty Card✧ 

Refer a friend and you both receive $10 dollars off on your next service. When referring a friend they must get a fresh set of  acrylic NO FILL IN  OR PEDI OR MANI
If referring a friend they must be a NEW CLIENT. When booking and you have been referred by a friend, mention their name in the additional notes box. 

You will receive a Loyalty Card before you leave:) . If your Loyalty Card is lost unfortunately you would have to start the Loyalty Card over. (you get a punch for every $100 spent at the appointment )

✧		Appointment will only consist of booked services. If you are unsure of which services to book for your appointment, please contact me for help. 
✧		NO extra guests allowed, NO kids, sibling, friends etc..
✧ 		Healthy nails only , I will not work on damaged nails. If you have questions please DM me or send pictures to me through booking site.
✧ 		If you are sick or have symptoms DO NOT BOOK . If you have an appointment scheduled and become sick, please reach out to reschedule as soon as you are aware of symptoms 
✧ 		Remaining balance due in CARD or CASH ( no change available ) I accept Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Etc. these  are accepted methods for tips.
✧    I reserve the right to decline service due to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or repeated no-shows.
✧	 REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
✧                Up to my discretion after being late more than 3 times, you maybe banned from booking.

I absolutely loveeee my nails and pedicure! She did an amazing job, my nails look beautiful. Im obsessed, not only she did a clean job but they look exactly how I wanted. You can tell she really takes her time and cares about her work. She has a great personality and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
