Deposits A deposit is required to book and appointment. This deposit will go to your service total. Cancelation policy Deposits are nonrefundable when a cancellation is made after 24 hours. If the appointment is canceled 24 hours before your initial appointment, you can transfer that deposit if you decide to reschedule to a different appointment date. If the appointment is canceled after the 24 hour period, the deposit will be forfeited and a cancellation fee of $40 will be required. Failure to contact me to cancel an appointment will be considered a no call/no show will result a charge of 50$. I understand things happen but please be considerate of my time , as I am with yours. Late Policy There will be a 10 minute grace period from the scheduled appointment start time, after which a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are 15 minutes late or more, the appointment will be cancelled. If you are running late, please contact me to discuss possible options. Squeeze-In Appointments Squeeze-In appointments are appointments made outside of regular business hours. A $35 deposit is required which serves as the squeeze in fee. This does NOT go towards your final service total. The remainder will be due at the time of service.
Reach out for availability. Refer A Friend/ Loyalty Card Refer a friend and give them 10% percent off & receive 15% percent on your next service. When referring a friend they must get a fresh set of acrylic NO FILL IN OR PEDI OR MANI If referring a friend they must be a NEW CLIENT. When booking and you have been referred by a friend, mention their name in the additional notes box. You will receive a Loyalty Card when you arrive to your appointment :) . If your Loyalty Card is lost unfortunately you would have to start the Loyalty Card over. Arrival When you arrive dial “ The Sanctuary” and I will buzz you in. Wait in the lobby until I come grab you :) MORE APPOINTMENT POLICIES * Silent Appointments available upon asking :) * Appointment will only consist of booked services. If you are unsure of which services to book for your appointment, please contact me. * NO extra guests allowed, NO kids, sibling, friends etc.. * Healthy nails only , I will not work on damaged nails. If you have questions please DM me or send pictures to me through booking site. * If you are sick or have symptoms DO NOT BOOK . If you have an appointment scheduled and become sick, please reach out to reschedule as soon as you are aware of symptoms * Remaining balance due in CARD or CASH ( no change available ) I accept Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Etc. these are accepted methods for tips. * REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED * Up to my discretion after being late more than 3 times, you maybe banned from booking.
