Ojitos Bonitos Lashes

Deposit Policy – Require a non-refundable deposit ($20) to secure appointments. Applied to service total.

Cancellation/Reschedule Window – At least 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule. Less than that = deposit forfeited 

Late Arrival – Grace period of 10–15 minutes; after that, appointment may be shortened or canceled with non- refundable deposit.

No-Show Policy – No-shows forfeit deposit and may need to prepay for future bookings.

Clean Lashes Requirement – Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, strip lash glue, or oils). 

Lash Fill Policy – Refills require at least 40–50% of extensions remaining; otherwise, it will be charged as a full set.

Aftercare Instructions – Clients are responsible for following lash care guidelines to ensure retention. No refunds for poor retention due to improper care. If an any case you are not happy with a set or you feel like lashes are falling, please let me know within the next 3 days and I will get you in and fix them at no cost. If more than 3 days, it will be a new appointment.

Allergic Reactions – If allergic reaction occurs, removal will be provided free, but no refunds (since services were rendered).

Refund Policy – Typically no refunds, but touch-ups or corrections may be offered within a set time frame (3 days).

Extra Guests – Due to limited space and sanitation, ONE extra guest is allowed. 

Health Disclosure – Clients should disclose eye conditions, allergies, or recent eye procedures before appointment.

I can be flexible with appointments but please let me know. Communication is key !

Instrucciones de Cuidado – La clienta es responsable de seguir las instrucciones de cuidado para asegurar la duración de las pestañas. No hay reembolsos por poca retención debido a un cuidado inadecuado.
Si por cualquier motivo no estás satisfecha con tu set o sientes que las pestañas se están cayendo, por favor avísame dentro de los 3 días siguientes y te agendaré para corregirlas sin costo. Después de 3 días, se considerará como una nueva cita.

Reacciones Alérgicas – Si ocurre una reacción alérgica, se ofrecerá la remoción de pestañas sin costo, pero no habrá reembolsos (ya que el servicio fue realizado).

Política de Reembolsos – Generalmente no se realizan reembolsos, pero se pueden ofrecer retoques o correcciones dentro de un plazo de 3 días.

Invitados Extras – Debido al espacio limitado y cuestiones de sanidad, se permite UN (1) invitado adicional.

Divulgación de Salud – La clienta debe informar sobre condiciones en los ojos, alergias o procedimientos recientes antes de la cita.
