Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

Weekly Feedback: This option provides weekly video feedback for those looking to progress more quickly. Both tiers offer 24/7 access to me via WhatsApp, with a maximum 48-hour response time during peak periods. Each tier begins with a startup video explaining the coaching sheets, so you’re equipped to make the most out of your program from the start.
