To confirm, here are our appointment terms: - Full payment secures your appointment. - 50% of payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. - Late arrivals (10+ minutes) will result in cancellation and 50% payment retention. - First-time clients, please bring your wigs. - Regular clients, bring wigs only if we haven't worked on them previously. -We only received hair on Wednesdays (Before 12:00) -DO NOT leave your hair anywhere else BUT the salon, DO NOT. Bother our neighbours please thank you! - We don't install non-customized wigs; customization services available. - Wigs must be clean, glue-free, - 06:00 AM appointments incur an additional R400 early morning service fee.
