-50% of your payment is  non refundable, should you cancel after 48  hrs of to Appointment  

-Your appointment will be cancelled immediately if full payment has not been made. 
 10 minutes late, your appointment, you will be cancelled 
And 50% of your payment kept. 

-First time clients your wigs are required to be brought in
-Regular clients are expected to bring in their wigs, only if we have not worked on the hair. COMPULSORY!

-We only received hair Wednesday and Saturday. Depending on you appointment please choose between these two days

-We do not install wigs that are not customised. Customisation service is available

-wig MUST be washed clean, no glue on lace and hair braided. 

-early bird slots start from 5-7 am are available additional charge of R200 please call us.
