•CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is deducted from your total treatment cost but will not be refunded or carried over under any circumstances.
I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Please read carefully:
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice- No additional charges apply but the booking fee is still non-refundable/non-transferable
• Cancellations within 48 hours notice- You will be you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will result in the payment will be taken from card on file.
• Payment must be made before a new appointment can be booked.
• No-shows will also result in the full treatment cost being charged & again this will be automatically be taken from the card on file. (if done without explanation you will not be able to book back in, I know things come up more important but a text even the next day only takes 2 seconds to let me know x
If you need to change your appointment, please message me directly first to avoid any confusion. However, please note that the booking fee remains non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the appointment is moved.

Patch tests from me must be given before getting any treatment that require.
