NO LONGER TAKING ON NEW NAIL CLIENTS!! •CANCELLATION POLICY A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is deducted from your total treatment cost but will not be refunded or carried over under any circumstances. I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Please read carefully: Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice- No additional charges apply but the booking fee is still non-refundable/non-transferable • Cancellations within 48 hours notice- You will be you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will result in the payment will be taken from card on file. • Payment must be made before a new appointment can be booked. • No-shows will also result in the full treatment cost being charged & again this will be automatically be taken from the card on file. (if done without explanation you will not be able to book back in, I know things come up more important but a text even the next day only takes 2 seconds to let me know x If you need to change your appointment, please message me directly first to avoid any confusion. However, please note that the booking fee remains non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the appointment is moved. Patch tests from me must be given before getting any treatment that require. If you are 16 or under you must message me first before booking any appointments!
