These policies are in place to ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Because appointments are reserved especially for you, last-minute changes impact not only my schedule but also other clients who may have wanted that spot. • Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within less than 24 hours, please contact me directly so I can do my best to accommodate you. • Late cancellations (under 24 hours): The full service fee will be charged, as the time has already been set aside for you. • No-shows: Not showing up without notice will also be charged at 100% of the service fee. • Emergencies/Illness: I completely understand that unexpected things happen. If you are sick or dealing with a genuine emergency, please let me know — I’ll be happy to reschedule you to a later date without penalty. • Card on File: A card is required to secure your booking.
