I respect and value your time, and I ask for the same courtesy in return. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients.

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because appointments are reserved especially for you, last-minute changes impact not only my schedule but also other clients who may have wanted that spot.
	
•	Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within less than 24 hours, please contact me directly so I can do my best to accommodate you.
	
•	Late cancellations (under 24 hours): The full service fee will be charged, as the time has already been set aside for you.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late(30mins max), your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid delaying the next client. In this case, the full service amount or cancellation fee may still apply. Thank you for respecting my time and other clients' scheduled appointments.
	
•	No-shows: Not showing up without notice will also be charged at 50% of the service fee.
	
•	Emergencies/Illness: I completely understand that unexpected things happen. If you are sick or dealing with a genuine emergency, please let me know — I’ll be happy to reschedule you to a later date without penalty.
	
•	Card on File: A card is required to secure your booking. Your information is stored securely and will only be charged if the cancellation/no-show policy applies.
