DEPOSIT To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. CANCELLATIONS I expect 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation, if this policy is broken, your deposit will not be refunded and a 50% cancellation fee will be required within 48 hours. If this isn’t payed you will be blocked from re booking. BOOKING Clients must book their appointment via booking system or text, a 25% deposit will be required at booking. LATE ARRIVAL A 15 minute late period is allowed. If you haven't attended your appointment by this time your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded. NO-SHOW Not showing up to your appointment without notice will result in losing your deposit, and a 50% cancellation fee will be required within 48 hours. If this isn’t payed you will be blocked from booking. NEW CLIENTS As a small independent business, I reserve the right to refuse future bookings where I feel a client’s booking history or conduct is not suitable for my business. For new clients, the first appointment is also an opportunity to ensure that we are a good fit going forward. If a new client: • Cancels or reschedules their first appointment at short notice (not without the 24hr window) • Fails to attend their appointment without sufficient notice • Arrives excessively late or outside of my permitted lateness window • Does not follow my cancellation, lateness or booking policies • Repeatedly fails to communicate regarding their appointment • Behaves disrespectfully towards myself or my business I reserve the right to decline any future bookings and prevent the client from booking again. This policy is in place to protect my time, my business and my existing clients. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to my policies. RESPECT AND WELL-BEING Kindness and respect are non-negotiable in my salon. Any form of abuse or aggression on my doorstep or in my home will not be tolerated. OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK Please note that I do not infill other nail techs work (only book for an infill if the nails that need infilling are nails that I have done). However, I will happily soak off and re apply the preferred product.
