Policy and Terms

DEPOSIT- To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. CANCELLATIONS - I expect 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation, if this policy is broken, your deposit will not be refunded. BOOKING - Clients must book their appointment via booking system or text, a 25% deposit will be required at booking. LATE ARRIVAL - A 15 minute late period is allowed. If you haven't attended your appointment by this time your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded. NO-SHOW - Not showing up to your appointment without notice will result in losing your deposit, if this happens multiple times you will be banned from booking. RESPECT AND WELL-BEING - Kindness and respect are non-negotiable in my salon. Any form of abuse or aggression on my doorstep or in my home will not be tolerated. OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK- Please note that I do not infill other nail techs work (only book for an infill if the nails that need infilling are nails that I have done). However, I will happily soak off and re apply the preferred product.
