For new clients, the first appointment is also an opportunity to ensure that we are a good fit going forward. If a new client:

RESPECT AND WELL-BEING
Kindness and respect are non-negotiable in my salon. Any form of abuse or aggression on my doorstep or in my home will not be tolerated.

OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK
Please note that I do not infill other nail techs work (only book for an infill if the nails that need infilling are nails that I have done). However, I will happily soak off and re apply the preferred product.
