**Policy and Terms for Nails By Cali**

By booking an appointment with Nails By Cali, you agree to the following terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to the full service price. Payments for services are due at the time of service. A late fee of $10 will apply if you arrive 10 minutes late. Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in the cancellation of your appointment & full amount must be paid. Anyone without a card on file will be subjected to a $20 rebooking fee. Nails By Cali reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued bookings indicate acceptance of revised terms.
