Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to the full service price. Payments for services are due at the time of service. A late fee of $5 will apply if you arrive 10 minutes late. Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in the cancellation of your appointment & full amount must be paid.
