Myofascial Stretch Therapy

During this treatment I manually do different types of stretches for you to increase the range of motion in your joints. I use myofascial techniques to improve soft tissue restrictions which further helps to resolve hyper-toned tissues of the body.

Osteopathic Facial

This service helps to minimize fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness around the eyes, facial asymmetry, double chin, eye lid sagging and takes years off the look of your face. It involves lymphatic drainage, fascial work (face head neck scalp), targeted massage to facial muscles, osteopathic techniques to the facial bones and craniosacral work to the head. As an addition I also can recommend specific face muscle exercises to increase the tone of your face muscles which makes you look younger.

It includes precise palpatory and observation-based assessment techniques, as well as treatment techniques such as meridian stretches, direct pressure Shiatsu-style techniques, Neuromeridian Stimulation (NMS) techniques, and energy-based techniques. Suikodo posits that the body’s innate wisdom can be interpreted through direct feedback from the body.
