      Mocha Hair Care – Booking Policy
• Appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance
• Same-day or appointments booked less than 48 hours before will include a $10 convenience fee
• Please select all services at the time of booking — no add-ons at the appointment
• Children are only permitted if they are receiving a service
• Accepted payments: Zelle, online payment, or cash
• Follow Mocha Hair Care on Facebook for updates and announcements

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation or no-show
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance for the deposit to be transferred
• Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon
• Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes without communication
