Mocha Hair Care – Booking Policy • Appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance • Same-day or appointments booked less than 48 hours before will include a $10 convenience fee • Please select all services at the time of booking — no add-ons at the appointment • Children are only permitted if they are receiving a service • Accepted payments: Zelle, online payment, or cash • Follow Mocha Hair Care on Facebook for updates and announcements Thank you for choosing Mocha Hair Care 🤍 Healthy hair is our priority. After-Hours & Holiday Booking Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you need an appointment outside of my regular business hours. When available, appointments scheduled before or after normal business hours, or on holidays, are welcome but will require an additional after-hours convenience fee. This fee is in addition to your service total and must be agreed upon at the time of booking. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Policy and Terms

Deposit & Cancellation Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments • Deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation or no-show • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance for the deposit to be transferred • Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon • Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes without communication By booking an appointment with Mocha Hair Care, you agree to this policy.
