Same day appointments and those scheduled within 24 hours will incur a $10 service fee. To avoid any confusion or additional charges, please select all desired services at the time of booking. By booking an appointment with Mocha Hair Care, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be transferred. Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation. No-call, no-show appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes.
