Policy and Terms

Deposit & Cancellation Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments • Deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation or no-show • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance for the deposit to be transferred • Same-day rescheduling is considered a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon • Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes without communication By booking an appointment with Mocha Hair Care, you agree to this policy.
