BOOKING TERMS AND PRIVACY NOTICE Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business's discretion. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medical conditions, or other information that may affect their treatment before their appointment. Clients should attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made. No refunds are available once a treatment has been completed. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law. Personal information is collected and used only for the purposes of providing treatments, maintaining client records, processing payments, complying with legal and insurance obligations, and communicating regarding appointments. Client records, including consultation forms, treatment notes and relevant health information, are stored securely and treated confidentially. Records are retained in accordance with professional, legal and insurance requirements. Adult records are typically retained for seven years after the last treatment. Records relating to children are retained until the client reaches age 25 (or age 26 if treated at age 17). Information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, professional insurance requirements, legal obligations, or with the client's consent. Clients have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, request restrictions on processing where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
