**Policy**

To secure your reservation or booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit ensures your spot and covers initial administrative costs. Please note the following conditions:

1. **Non-Refundable**: The $20 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   
2. **Application of Deposit**: The deposit amount will be applied towards your total bill.
   
3. **Cancellation**: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to the new date.

4. **No-Show**: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

5. **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.

6. **Payment**: The deposit can be paid via Booking app, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our deposit policy. This helps us to manage our schedule efficiently and provide the best service to all our clients.

The Waxer Denise  is amazing. Definitely makes you feel comfortable. She gave me my first Brazilian I was so nervous. She talked me through everything. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. I moved four hours away from her but any chance I get I make it a point to get waxed by her.

Denise accommodated a bachelorette party of 12 on a Sunday when she wouldnt normally work. Communicating with her was so easy because she was so responsive and flexible for our plans! This was the smoothest brazillian experience we’ve all had, everything was so clean, fast, and comfortable! She does a very good job of distracting you and being quick but gentle. Customer service and quality of service were all a 10/10!!! All of us will be coming back again :)
