**Policy** To secure your reservation or booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit ensures your spot and covers initial administrative costs. Please note the following conditions: 1. **Non-Refundable**: The $20 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. **Application of Deposit**: The deposit amount will be applied towards your total bill. 3. **Cancellation**: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to the new date. 4. **No-Show**: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited. 5. **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. 6. **Payment**: The deposit can be paid via Booking app, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our deposit policy. This helps us to manage our schedule efficiently and provide the best service to all our clients.
