	Deposit
	•	A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
	•	Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
	•	Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without losing the deposit.
       •      No-show appointments without prior notice will be charged 75% of the service cost 
	•	Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

Late Policy
	•	Please arrive on time.
	•	A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
	•	After 10 minutes, a late fee will be applied.
	•	After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Repairs
	•	Any breakage or issues within 7 days of your appointment will be fixed free of charge within those 7 days.
	•	Repairs requested after 7 days will be charged accordingly.

Guests
	•	No guests allowed at this time, as I am currently home-based.
	•	This policy will change once I move into the salon.

Kaelin is so sweet! I loved spending my time with her. She is a yapper just like me and will talk about whatever you want. She is hands down super talented for being a new grad and is willing to try whatever design you want. She is very transparent if she's never done something before, but is willing to go out of her comfort zone for you! Her prices are very fair in my opinion as well. Don't sleep on her, check her out! :)

I love how my nails turned out! We did chrome & I was unsure of which one I liked so she tried 3 different types & helped me figure it out! Kaelin was very nice & made me feel comfortable :) I’ll definitely be coming back!
