Deposit • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without losing the deposit. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered no-shows. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost (If not paid, it will result in being banned from booking until paid.) • If your card in not saved on file I will not accept your appointment request. • Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a late fee will be applied. • After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Repairs • Any breakage or issues within 7 days of your appointment will be fixed free of charge within those 7 days. • Repairs requested after 7 days will be charged accordingly. Guests • 1 guest is allowed, please no children. Please keep inside voices!
