Deposit • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without losing the deposit. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered no-shows. • No-show appointments without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost • Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a late fee will be applied. • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Repairs • Any breakage or issues within 7 days of your appointment will be fixed free of charge within those 7 days. • Repairs requested after 7 days will be charged accordingly. Guests • 1 guest is allowed, please no children.
