2 Hour Myofascial Release/Massage Combo
In this 2 hour combination treatment you will experience the long steady holds of Myofascial release to get into the fascial restrictions as well as massage, where indicated, to finish this session off! This is my most popular service as clients love to experience the combination of both techniques.

90 minute Myofacial Release Therapy
This treatment allows for long deep holds, gentle compression, as well as elongation of the fascial system in the body. As the holds are maintained for 3-5 minutes each, the fascia begins to soften and release, therefore allowing for more space in this very important system of the body. (Deep Tissue Mobilization optional)
