2 Hour Myofascial Release/Massage Combo
In this 2 hour combination treatment you will experience the long steady holds of Myofascial release to get into the fascial restrictions as well as an option of Deep Tissue Mobilization and/or Soft Tissue Massage. Deep Tissue mobilization helps to reorganize the tissues at the deepest layers of your tissues. This is my most popular service as clients love to experience the combination of techniques.

90 minute Myofacial Release Therapy
This treatment allows for long deep holds, gentle compression and elongation of the fascial system in the body. As the holds are maintained for 3-5 minutes each, the body begins to soften to allow the fascia time to release, therefore allowing for more space in the joints and tissues. (Deep Tissue Mobilization optional)

Intro to Myofascial Release. This service is for those who want a shorter session or an in between treatment. You can also select this 1 hour option to try MFR for the first time.
