So intentional, slow-paced, and focused, I had time to actually experience every movement, every touch, unlike with a massage, where the therapist moves faster over your body and it's more of an overall feeling, rather that experiencing each single touch. 90 minute Myofacial Release Therapy
This 90-minute session is designed to gently support your body in unwinding patterns of tension and restriction. Through slow, sustained holds, soft compression, and intentional elongation, I work with your fascial system in a way that honors its natural rhythm. Each position is held for several minutes, giving your body the time and space it needs to soften, open, and release without force.
As these restrictions begin to ease, many clients notice a sense of spaciousness returning—supporting greater mobility, improved circulation, and a more balanced, connected feeling throughout the body. This work is not rushed; it’s an invitation for your nervous system to settle and for deeper healing to unfold.
