This treatment allows for long deep holds, gentle compression, as well as elongation of the fascial system in the body. As the holds are maintained for 3-5 minutes each, the fascia begins to soften and release, therefore allowing for more space in this very important system of the body. (Deep Tissue Mobilization optional)
