At MAC Aesthetics & Beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering a luxury, professional and safe experience for every client.
To maintain the highest standards, we have clear clinic policies in place.
These are designed to protect both you and our business.

Deposits & Cancellations

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows will require a new deposit before rebooking.


Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period.
If you arrive later than this, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled.


I will NOT carry out any aesthetic treatments without valid proof of age for anyone who appears under 25. This is a strict policy within my clinic and is non-negotiable.

If you look under 25, please don't be offended when asked for ID - this is to protect both you and my business.
Accepted forms of ID:
• Valid Passport
• Valid Driving license

Failure to provide valid ID will result in your appointment being refused and your deposit will not be refunded.

I visited for my first Botox session with Tammy and was very impressed with the service I received. The staff are very friendly and informative and I felt at ease ss slightly nervous visiting for the first time.  Lovely atmosphere. Will visit again for future top-ups!

I had my treatment with Chloe! She  made the entire session feel both relaxing and professional. I had dermaplaning done, not only do you get the derma planing, you get a mini facial and my skin felt amazing immediately after—so smooth and glowing.
I also really appreciated that she took the time to explain other treatments when I enquired, giving me great advice for my future routine and future treatments I will be intending on having. 

What a great experience. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel so comfortable and valued as a customer. Tammy really knows her job well and I felt at ease and able to put my trust in her. I am very happy with the results so far and am confident that I have support to go back for further assistance is  if needed. I would definitely recommend to others and go back again xxx
