Policy and Terms

At MAC Aesthetics & Beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering a luxury, professional and safe experience for every client. To maintain the highest standards, we have clear clinic policies in place. These are designed to protect both you and our business. Please take a moment to read before booking your appointment. Deposits & Cancellations All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will require a new deposit before rebooking. Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled. I will NOT carry out any aesthetic treatments without valid proof of age for anyone who appears under 25. This is a strict policy within my clinic and is non-negotiable. If you look under 25, please don't be offended when asked for ID - this is to protect both you and my business. Accepted forms of ID: • Valid Passport • Valid Driving license Failure to provide valid ID will result in your appointment being refused and your deposit will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding!
