By booking or receiving services at Lyto Nails By Liz, clients agree to these terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee or forfeit of deposit. Lyto Nails By Liz reserves the right to deny service for any reason consistent with applicable law. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling. All services are provided “as is” with no warranties beyond those implied by law. Liability for any damages or injuries is limited to the amount paid for the service. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility. Privacy is respected in accordance with applicable laws. By using our services, clients consent to these terms.
