Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee or forfeit of deposit. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.
