LOC LOUNGE LLC – Color Booking Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all color appointments. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be transferred one time with proper notice.

No-shows and same-day cancellations (within 4 hours) will result in forfeiture of deposit and require 50% of the remaining balance before rebooking.

A second no-show requires 100% prepayment of future services.

Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Policies are strictly enforced. Respect for time ensures a luxury experience for every client.

A budget-friendly maintenance retwist to keep your locs neat and refreshed. This service focuses on clean root retightening for a polished look.

Hair must arrive freshly shampooed and product-free.
Not recommended for overdue or matted locs. Additional fees may apply if extra time is required.

Loc Lounge LLC 

Booking Deposit
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

Cancellations & No-Shows
• No call / no show appointments will result in a $35 fee
• Clients who no call / no show will be required to pay in full upfront to book future appointments
• Late cancellations are subject to the same policy (if applicable). 
• Please give us a 24 hr heads up for cancellations.

Client Preparation

• Services booked without a shampoo require hair to be clean, detangled, and product-free

I recently got knotless box braids at [Loc Lounge], and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional.

The braiding process was smooth and efficient. My stylist did an amazing job—these braids are absolutely gorgeous! I love how light and comfortable they feel. 

One of the highlights of my visit was the hair wash. It was incredibly soothing, and my scalp felt so good afterward
