Policy and Terms

• Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee. • No-Call / No-Show: Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will be charged a no-show fee and may be required to pay a deposit before rebooking. • No Extra Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety, only clients receiving services are allowed in the salon. Please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
