My name is Rebecca Villanueva-Sotelo. I have an amazing husband and growing family! I decided in 2020 I wanted to provide the best home like grooming experience for any FurBaby! I've been grooming since 2016. I completed PetSmart Grooming and became Certified in 2017. I've worked for PetsMart, The Good Groomer, Animal Kingdom and Come & Pet It. All Great grooming shops but I have always had a vision to start my own! I desire to be the best groomer a dog has ever had and let them know we are  Family. We Love all Animals but Dogs are our Specialty. We Understand That They Are Not Just A Pet and deserve the Best Love, Service, Treatment & Groomer! We take our time with your Dog & want them to be Comfortable. We Talk, Cuddle & Play for about 10 mins before any service begins, get to know each other & let them know We Are Family too! We do Sanitize our Equipment Daily and Ensure Safety is Priority! There are No Overlapping Appointments So Your Pup Will Have The Whole Spa Here @ Land of Paws.

We do ask that you respect our time and be on time for booked appointment failing to do so will result in cancellation and fees. 

Late Fee
We strive to provide timely service for all clients. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, a fee of $1 per minute will apply. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability and depending on circumstances.

No Show Policy
It is considered a "No-Show" when a client is unavailable at set appointment time and does not reach out to Cancel or Reschedule!
Your groomer reserves the right to charge the FULL grooming Fee due to loss of revenue caused by a "No Show"

Please give a 24hour notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your pets appointment
Last Minute Cancellation/ reschedule may result in $30-$45 Fee Per Pet scheduled. 

* Please note any No Shows, Late Cancellation or Rescheduling fees must be payed in Full before booking future appointments.

                 Humanity over Vanity 🫶🏼
Your dogs comfort is our First priority if your furbaby is matted to the skin he/she will be shaved! Excessive matting will result in additional fee, depending on severity. This is because matting can be difficult/dangerous to remove and is hard on our equipment!
If you would like a fluffy/scissor cut your furbaby needs to be on a strict grooming schedule every 3-4weeks. Also brushing in-between grooms is very important if you don’t brush your furbaby for weeks/months, please don’t expect a groomer to brush tangles/Matt’s out in 2-3 hours is just not safe nor logical! Shorter lengths can go 6-8 weeks and does require less maintenance in between grooms! Please know I never want to shave a pup down because it’s “easier” I would definitely prefer to make them as beautiful as possible but this is a team effort 🤍 🐾

*De-matting, Special handling and Specialty cut fees will be added if applicable.
