Hey, Thank you  for booking with me!  Here’s just a few things to take note of when booking with LashesByKai ⬇️

🖤 You must message me to confirm your appointment the day before 

🖤 You must come alone (unless booked with a friend) 

🖤 Anyone over 15 minutes late is unfortunately cancelled, It will set me back for the day 

🖤 I DO NOT fill other techs work  

🖤You must not block my neighbours or my own garden

🖤 You must come with no makeup, no lash glue, no fake tan, no skincare and no oils on or around your lashes 

🖤 No shows WILL NOT be able to book again unless they pay their appointment in full when booking 

🖤You must not be under the influence/intoxicated at your appointment. This will affect the service.

🖤 Patch tests are not required but highly recommended, If you decide to go ahead with your appointment without getting a patch test, I take no responsibility for any reactions and or problems with your service (this is highly unlikely)

🖤 NO REFUNDS - If you have any issues with your services , you must tell me within the first 72 hours and I will fix them/ solve the issue free of charge. Anything after that is down to aftercare

Got my lashes done off Kai after not having my lashes done in yearsssss. He was so quick and gave me exactly what I wanted and was so easy to talk to! Really enjoyed the chats and love my lashes, can’t wait to come back!
