Here’s just a few things to take note of when booking with LashesByKai ⬇️ 🖤 You must message me to confirm your appointment the day before 🖤 You must come alone (unless booked with a friend) 🖤 Anyone over 15 minutes late is unfortunately cancelled, It will set me back for the day 🖤 I DO NOT fill other techs work 🖤You must not block my neighbours or my own garden 🖤 You must come with no makeup, no lash glue, no fake tan, no skincare and no oils on or around your lashes 🖤 No shows WILL NOT be able to book again unless they pay their appointment in full when booking 🖤You must not be under the influence/intoxicated at your appointment. This will affect the service. 🖤 Patch tests are not required but highly recommended, If you decide to go ahead with your appointment without getting a patch test, I take no responsibility for any reactions and or problems with your service (this is highly unlikely) 🖤 NO REFUNDS - If you have any issues with your services , you must tell me within the first 72 hours and I will fix them/ solve the issue free of charge.
