• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Deposits apply toward the final service total
• Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion

🚫 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Access

• Deposits are non-refundable once booked
• 48+ hours notice is required to reschedule
• Late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or failure to provide access will result in deposit forfeiture

•If access is not provided within 15 minutes of arrival, Kiki Cleaners LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit

• Concerns must be reported with photos within 3 hours of service completion

• Cleaning services are not contingent upon landlord, military housing, property management, or inspection standards

Desi did an amazing job cleaning our home! The floors were left immaculate, and the bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly. She even took the time to clean our dog’s bed, which was such a nice touch. Best of all, she got all the dog hair off the stairs—they look so clean now! Desi was thorough, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend her!

With a busy life of work, school, and kids some things take a back burner. I reached out for a stove/ oven cleaning and deep clean of 2 bathrooms. Kiki cleaners did an amazing job! took the worry out of those task. There was some mess left on the floor from the oven cleaning but all in all, highly recommend and will be using them in the future for other tasks.  

Their service was very responsive to my questions, exactly on time for the scheduled work, and did an excellent job getting some old pet stains out!
