Policy and Terms
Service Terms & Conditions By booking a service or submitting a deposit, you agree to the following terms. ⸻ Deposits & Payment • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments • Deposits apply toward the final service total • The remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion, regardless of client presence ⸻ Scope of Work • Services include visible and accessible areas only as outlined in the selected service description • Furniture and appliances are not moved • Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, beneath furniture, between cushions, or in obstructed areas is not included unless added in advance • Areas must be cleared and accessible at the time of service • Any service not listed in the booked service description is not included ⸻ Pricing & Condition Adjustments • All listed prices are starting rates • Final pricing is based on home size, condition, buildup, pet hair, odors, added tasks, and time required • If additional time or detailing is required, pricing adjustments will be communicated and approved before continuing ⸻ Approval & Non-Response If approval is required for scope or pricing adjustments and the client does not respond in a timely manner: • Service may proceed within the original booked scope, or • Service may conclude based on available time Return visits are not guaranteed and require a new booking. ⸻ Satisfaction Policy • A 3-hour correction window applies only to concerns related to the booked service performed that day • This policy does not apply to landlords, housing offices, property managers, inspections, or third-party evaluations • Refunds are not offered ⸻ Cancellations, No-Shows & Access • 24+ hours notice is required for cancellations • Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or failure to provide access may result in forfeiture of the deposit and remaining balance due • Failure to provide access includes missing keys, incorrect codes, or unavailable entry instructions • A 15-minute grace period is provided; after that the appointment may be forfeited ⸻ Rescheduling • 48+ hours notice is required to reschedule • Late reschedules may require a new deposit • Appointment changes must be made through the booking link in your confirmation ⸻ Access & Work Conditions • The home must be accessible at the scheduled time • A safe working temperature and environment must be maintained • Unsafe conditions may result in delays, early termination, or a $50 service fee without refund Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning • Homes must be empty of trash, food waste, and excessive debris • Personal items should be minimal to allow proper cleaning • Cleaning cannot be completed while movers, pack-outs, or repairs are in progress • If conditions prevent service from starting, the appointment may be forfeited and fees may apply • Passing a final inspection is not guaranteed ⸻ Carpet, Upholstery & Specialty Cleaning • Cleaning is limited to visible and accessible surfaces • Deep stains, odors, wear, or damage may not be fully removable • Results cannot be guaranteed for aged materials, heavy traffic wear, or embedded pet damage • Cleaning improves appearance and sanitation but does not restore worn fibers ⸻ Laundry Service • $1.75 per lb • 5 lb minimum • Pickup & delivery: +$6 • Payment is due before delivery • Not responsible for items left in pockets, normal wear, fabric changes, or dry-clean-only items • Unclaimed laundry after 30 days will be donated ⸻ Home Preparation • Light preparation is recommended • Heavily cluttered areas may be skipped without price reduction • Please secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items ⸻ Furniture & Moving • Heavy furniture and appliances are not moved • Cleaning is limited to accessible areas only • Items must be cleared ahead of time if cleaning behind or underneath is requested ⸻ Service Area & Travel Minimums • Pricing reflects homes within the standard service area • Locations farther away may require a higher minimum service total based on travel time ⸻ Additional Notes • Popcorn ceilings and fragile ceiling textures are not serviced • Older surfaces may show wear after cleaning due to age or prior damage • Landlord approvals or housing acceptance cannot be guaranteed ⸻ Weather Safety Policy • Severe weather or unsafe travel conditions (flooding, power outages, road closures, or base access restrictions) may require services to be rescheduled • Deposits remain applied to the rescheduled appointment ——— Photos & Marketing • By booking, you agree to before/after photos for quality control and marketing • Faces and sensitive information will be blurred or avoided • Please notify me in advance if you prefer no photos taken or shared ⸻ Agreement Booking a service confirms agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the selected service description.
