“I have now had about 4 sessions with Kyle for a frozen shoulder - having suffered it on the other side and not sought treatment. The sports massages are reassuringly uncomfortable and I can feel a positive difference after each session with my mobility. He has also sent me detailed instructions on exercise (I had been doing the wrong thing) and some recommendations for an anti-inflammatory diet in addition to the treatment. I would highly recommend KS sports therapy. ”
