Policy and Terms
Your deposit will be automatically subtracted from the price of your appointment on the day, if you need to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. We require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Not showing up to an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. Not showing up to an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the total appointment cost. All clients must be medically cleared to receive treatment and any client under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
