< BOOKING POLICY >

• A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all full sets and new clients. (This amount will be applied towards your scheduled service.)

• The remaining balance can be paid via credit/debit cards, cash, or Apple Pay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:
• If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to inform us, you will be charged 50% of the service.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

• No guests allowed during your appointment.
• We do not offer foreign fills.
• Please arrive with no makeup on your face.

FILL-IN APPOINTMENTS:

• When scheduling a fill-in, ensure you have 40% or more of your lashes remaining.
• If you have less than 40% of lashes remaining, you will need to book a full set.
• If there is significant lash fallout on one eye, an additional $20.00 charge will apply.
