BOOKING POLICIES

Please Read Before Booking!

Deposits & Payments

• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all full sets and all new clients. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid via cash, credit/debit card, or Apple Pay.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
• I understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts happen; however, appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, due prior to the rescheduled appointment.

No Call / No Show Policy

• Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Additional Policies

• No guests are permitted during appointments.
• Foreign fills are not accepted.
• Clients must arrive with a clean face and no makeup.

Fill Appointment Policy

• To qualify for a fill, clients must have at least 40% lash retention.
• If less than 40% of lashes remain, a full set must be booked.
• Significant lash loss on one eye will result in an additional $20 fee.
