Welcome to J&Co. Lux. I’m so glad you’re here. J&Co. Lux was created to be a slower, more intentional salon experience. From custom color and precision cutting to relaxing rituals at the shampoo bowl, every appointment is designed to help you step away from the pace of everyday life—even if it’s just for a few hours. Every blonding and color service includes a customized treatment, a relaxing scalp massage, a steamed towel, and aromatherapy to help you unwind while your hair is cared for. Complimentary refreshments and light snacks are always available, with optional spa enhancements if you’d like to make your visit even more restorative. Prefer a quiet appointment? Silent appointments are always available. Settle in, enjoy calming music, and take this time entirely for yourself. My menu is intentionally transparent. Every service is priced to reflect the time, products, and care that go into your appointment, which means gratuity is never expected. Simply choose the service that’s right for you and relax—I’ll take care of the rest. Whether you’re here for routine maintenance or a complete transformation, I look forward to welcoming you into my chair and sharing this new space with you.
Policy and Terms
STUDIO POLICIES Thank you for choosing J&Co. Lux. These policies help create a calm, respectful experience for every guest while protecting the time reserved for your appointment. Arrival Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment. If you’re running late, please call or text: (810) 316-0043, as soon as possible. Late arrivals may require your service to be modified or shortened to remain on schedule. Arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be considered a missed appointment. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 30 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your reserved appointment to another guest. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 30 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. ⸻ Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all new client appointments. Your deposit reserves your appointment time and is applied toward your service total on the day of your visit. If at least 30 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment. After one reschedule, any additional appointment changes will require a new deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between guests. ⸻ No-Show Policy No-shows are not accepted. If you do not arrive for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and your online booking privileges will be removed. Future appointments must be scheduled directly through me and will require a new deposit at the time of booking. ⸻ A Relaxed Experience J&Co. Lux was designed to be a peaceful, private environment where you can slow down and enjoy your time. Complimentary refreshments, light snacks, calming music, and silent appointments are always available. I kindly ask that everyone help maintain this atmosphere by treating one another with kindness and respect throughout their visit. ⸻ Transparent Pricing My menu is intentionally priced to reflect the time, products, education, and care that go into every appointment. *Gratuity is never expected.
