Package includes 3 Root Retouch appointments and expires 5 months from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused visits expire at the end of the package period. J&Co’s 30-hour cancellation policy applies to all package appointments. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in that package visit being forfeited and deducted from the remaining package balance. The forfeited visit cannot be rescheduled or credited toward a future appointment. Additional color, corrective work, haircuts, treatments, or other services are not included and may be added at the current menu price.
