I was actually the lucky person who won the Full Bloom Experience! And this was my first ever head spa. I love how welcoming and calm the place is, I honestly felt relaxed just seeing the place but the whole experience was just amazing. It was a much needed relaxation and I can't wait to go back 💜

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing experience.

The most blissful relaxing experience ive had in years!
Everything was so warm, inviting and comfortable.
Will definitely be back for more

I was blown away by the service received from the welcoming, clean environment to the heated bedding and eye masks through to the full blow dry finish. Incredibly relaxing experience that everyone must try. The service itself was thorough, thoughtful and not rushed. Each movement was done with steady, even intentions that made for a balanced experience. My scalp has never felt this great. Thank you for making me feel amazing.

Amaxing experience!! Totally relaxing amd a total hair reboot! Althaea Ritual was well worth it!
Thinking its an amazing gift idea for xmas coming up.
Thank you.

This was so relaxing and just the best experience to really pamper yourself!!! Throughly enjoyed it!!!

Had an amazing experience today. The head and shoulders massage was amazing

Caity was very welcoming upon entering her little peaceful room that was very warm and tranquil with the lighting, music and aromatherapy oils burning along with the cosy bed with its heating and cosy blankets that felt like I was in my own little cocoon.
I had the head spa, facial , arm, neck and shoulder massage which I found to be very relaxing. After my treatment I left feeling very calm and relaxed and have had the best nights sleep after my 2 treatment sessions with her.

What an amazing experience! A whole body massage, head spa and facial. 3 hours of calm, quiet and pampering.
Professional, welcoming and friendly.

I left floating on a cloud.

this was a very relaxing experience, a wonderful facial and hair spa, my hair is soft and shiny and my skin is glowing.

Honestly I don’t have words, if you do anything for yourself or a loved one let it be a visit here! 2 hours of pure bliss

It was such a relaxing experience!

Every little detail felt so thoughtful, comforting, and calming. I also loved how beautifully she has set up her studio.

The welcome gift was such a lovely touch as well. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! xx

This was my first head spa and it was an amazing experience! I felt comfortable and so relaxed! Will definitely be back.

100% recommended. The best facial and head spa I've had. So relaxing and the atmosphere was incredible 😊

AMAZING! Best facial experience I’ve had in a long time! Also a very personal touch to it, which was wonderful. I highly recommend Caity!

I had the full bloom package. It was absolutely amazing. I entered the deepest relaxation phase I’ve ever been in. My skin and hair feels amazing also. The service was also outstanding!

Can’t thank Caity enough, from the moment you step inside you’re immersed in being indulged and pampered. Highly recommend for anyone wanting or needing a little me time

What an absolute Devine experience. This is the best self care I have had in my life. I had 2 1/2 hours of pure bliss. Full sensory experience from the beautiful room, heated blanket, relaxing music and beautiful scents. All of this combined with the magic touch of Caity to help unwind and destress is total indulgence
Thank you

I Just had the most lush experience - by far one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and will be rebooking thanks Caity x

Yesterday I had the opportunity to try a head spa and it was a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was perfect very relaxing, the place was beautiful , and the comfort was amazing. I truly felt cared for the entire time. I was delighted with the service and definitely recommend it 100%. Caity is also very professional, attentive, and makes the whole experience even more special💆🏻‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️💖

I don’t feel I got the experience I booked and paid for. I booked and paid for The Althaea Ritual ($130) Easter special; 2 hours - A$130.00 however I feel I got the Deluxe Facial 1hr 30mins $130. While the facial was very good it wasn’t what I was expecting

Caity was absolutly amazing, feel so relaxed and rejuvinated again.
